Hello! Hello Reader!

The weeks are flying off the calendar at the moment. This week I've been working on things for Easter at the day job and Easter is at the end of April! How can it be? Please tell me I'm not the only one slightly panicked about how fast the clock is ticking.

We're back to having warm days and blue skies. I'm already missing the overcast rainy days. It's amazing how so much can change seemingly overnight. I've been watching the Quiltcon photos on Instagram the past week and for the first time in a long time I had FOMO. I wanted to be there hanging out with other quilters and creatives talking about all the amazing things that people have made, do make and have plans for. I wanted to be taking classes and learning new things. So, I've decided. Quiltcon 2026 - I'm going!

I've popped it on my goals board and it's time to head down, bum up to make it happen. I want to go hang out with my creative peeps and have my cup filled. So, will you be my accountability buddy? Nothing major to it, just make sure I keep my eyes on the prize. Who knows, maybe we can meet up in North Carolina?

100 Days 100 Blocks Pattern

The pattern that we'll be using for 100 Days 100 Blocks 2025 (kicks off 1 July) is "99 Problems: 100 Block Sampler Quilt". It's designed by me, yay! It's 100 of my all time favourite blocks in 3 sizes, 6", 12" and 24". Construction is mostly machine pieced with a little bit of Foundation Paper Piecing in there for some added ease and accuracy.
