Feature Fabric Only Kits

After many requests I've put together a number of limited kits of the Kaffe Fassett Collective and Tula Pink "99 Problems" kits that are just the feature fabrics, which means you can pick your own backgrounds. These kits have OOP fabrics in them, so once they're gone I won't be able to replicate them.

Hello! Hello Reader!

It's raining, it's pouring... Again! We've had so much rain overnight that the river has once again burst it's banks and is now flowing to the ocean. It's amazing. I lay awake last night listening to it thundering on the roof and it was magical. When ever we get heavy, persistent, rain I think of Noah and his family and wonder if they ever got tired of hearing the rain. This is the perfect weather for sewing and potato scallops. While the boys were in Melbourne visiting family and enjoying the sights I was back here sleeping funny. Not har-har funny, but hurt my neck and inflamed one of my discs funny. I'm officially at the age where I can't even sleep without doing myself an injury. 🤦‍♀️ I thought it would calm down last week, but it's gotten progressively worse to the point where I've got a stonker of a headache and bouts of nausea. I went to the lovely Emily at my fave physio (yep, old enough to have a fave physio) and she applied her magic thumbs and now I'm in more pain. 😂 But that's to be expected, apparently it'll feel worse before it gets better. I've got tape up my arm and I'm trying to remember to not lift anything heavy with it or rest on it or turn my head funny or sleep with too many pillows... the list goes on. Not even allowed to sew - so it's just potato scallops for me!

Anyways, that's life here in the tropics. I hope you're having a wonderful day and it's filled with yummy food, amazing fabrics and the occasional chuckle.

100 Days 100 Blocks Pattern

The pattern that we'll be using for 100 Days 100 Blocks 2025 (kicks off 1 July) is "99 Problems: 100 Block Sampler Quilt". It's designed by me, yay! It's 100 of my all time favourite blocks in 3 sizes, 6", 12" and 24". Construction is mostly machine pieced with a little bit of Foundation Paper Piecing in there for some added ease and accuracy.
